3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the slotmonitor Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. slotmonitor is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify slotmonitor immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. slotmonitor will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 KYC Verification. slotmonitor is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by slotmonitor as part of this process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting slotmonitor support. Any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
4.1 Deposits. slotmonitor accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. slotmonitor aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the slotmonitor Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slotmonitor does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your slotmonitor account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. slotmonitor reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time and to suspend accounts pending such verification.
4.5 Fees. slotmonitor does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which slotmonitor bears no responsibility.
4.6 Declined Transactions. slotmonitor reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.
5.1 General. slotmonitor may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. slotmonitor employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. slotmonitor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
6.1 Game Providers. Games available on the slotmonitor Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other certified studios. 11.4 Force Majeure. slotmonitor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
slotmonitor reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slotmonitor will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to slotmonitor's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. slotmonitor will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
