By accessing, registering on, or using the slotmonitor platform available at slotmonitor.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. slotmonitor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and slotmonitor with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

To register and use the slotmonitor Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slotmonitor, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the slotmonitor Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by slotmonitor or any regulatory body.

slotmonitor reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the slotmonitor Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. slotmonitor is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify slotmonitor immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. slotmonitor will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 KYC Verification. slotmonitor is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by slotmonitor as part of this process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting slotmonitor support. Any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

4.1 Deposits. slotmonitor accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. slotmonitor aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the slotmonitor Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slotmonitor does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your slotmonitor account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. slotmonitor reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time and to suspend accounts pending such verification.

4.5 Fees. slotmonitor does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which slotmonitor bears no responsibility.

4.6 Declined Transactions. slotmonitor reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5.1 General. slotmonitor may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. slotmonitor employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. slotmonitor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

6.1 Game Providers. Games available on the slotmonitor Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other certified studios. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

6.2 RNG Certification. All slot and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. slotmonitor does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical RTP for each game is published in the game information panel. Actual returns may vary from the theoretical RTP over any given session. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, slotmonitor reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. slotmonitor is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify slotmonitor support within 72 hours of the disputed round. slotmonitor will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of slotmonitor's technical team, based on server-side game logs, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotmonitor Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the slotmonitor Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotmonitor staff or other players.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your slotmonitor account.

All content on the slotmonitor Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of slotmonitor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of slotmonitor.

slotmonitor collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

slotmonitor implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

slotmonitor provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all slotmonitor marketing communications.

11.1 No Warranty. The slotmonitor Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotmonitor's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions. slotmonitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if slotmonitor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Force Majeure. slotmonitor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

slotmonitor reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slotmonitor will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to slotmonitor's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. slotmonitor will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
